With a background that includes high-profile projects for organizations like Google, Meta, MIT, as well as numerous public municipalities and universities, he has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
In his current role, he focuses on implementing project management information systems (PMIS) and other tools that enhance accountability and streamline operations for global construction efforts. By combining technical expertise with a collaborative approach, he helps clients achieve their goals while navigating the complexities of capital programs.
Falyn Wood, Operations Manager
As co-founder and Operations Manager of Datalus Group, Falyn combines years of hands-on experience with a forward-thinking approach to help clients optimize their capital construction programs. Building on her background managing operations for a South Florida contracting firm, she brings expertise in system implementation, process improvement, and team leadership to her role. She is also an experienced writer and editor with background in copyediting and technical writing.
Today, Falyn focuses on overseeing strategic operations, guiding marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless client engagement. Known for her ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and budgets, she is dedicated to empowering organizations with the tools and strategies they need to succeed in an increasingly complex construction landscape.
